TGRB Appointment guidelines

Before your appointment

  • There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive after or no call no show deposit is non-refundable. (You may still call in case there is time for you to still arrive or reschedule for another slot if available.)

  • If you have any symptoms of covid or any other viral illnesses please do contact me so we may reschedule or cancel your appt accordingly if you are unsure how to do so.

  • There are options available online to select to add on to installs such as shampoos with steams, weave removals, etc. if you do not see these options for any reason when you book please feel free to contact me for assistance or questions

  • No extra people or children unless they have an appt and need to be escorted by care giver or an adult if underaged.

During your appointment

  • Mask are recommended but not required.

  • Consultation will be done during appt, may be asked if you have picture of the look you are trying to achieve, be prepared so we can talk about the look you booked

  • Additional services outside of what you booked are not guaranteed once you have arrived to your appt, but if you need to make changes we can discuss upon arrival if time will allow but please try to contact me for assistance making any changes you are unable to make online prior to your appt

  • Need to work Remote from your laptop? No problem! Bring your things, I have the WiFi!

  • Pay your remaining balance in person either cash or zelle (Other payment options may be available soon)
